The Lip Brat's Store Policies

Shipping policy: 

The Lip brat processing orders takes up to 7-10 days, meaning  that your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment within this timeframe

Refund Policy:

NO REFUNDS,  RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

 

All sales are final.  We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if we made a mistake and sent the incorrect item.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at Thelipbratco@gmail.com within

48 hours. Your email should include the information: 

  • Description of the damage

  • Photo of damage to verify the issue

Once the Item is reviewed, our team will make a decision at seller's discretion on whether the product is valid as damaged & will receive a refund or exchange. If not valid, unfortunately, you will not receive a refund or exchange.
